1. German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld and German practice HPP Architects have collaborated to create the ‘Schwarzkopf Lightbox’, a reusable and recyclable pop-up hair salon.

    The concept was first sketched by Lagerfeld and then architecturally planned and realized by the architects.

    The store’s exterior features an interchangeable façade, made up of 60 lighting fields which display silhouettes of models and graphics from Lagerfeld’s Music Lovers photo exhibition.

    The structure, which measures a total of 300 square meters, has also been awarded the iF communication design award 2012.
